Ready to launch your learning Path to the public? Visitors to your site will be able to self-enroll by visiting your Library, selecting a Path, and hitting the "Join" button.
Make a public Cohort
If you don't have a Cohort yet, start by creating one.
Open your Cohort and select the more actions (...) at the top of the course Path directly under the name of the course. This will open a menu with additional options.
Select "Configure cohort" from the menu.
If you select "Public," this Path will appear in your Library for anyone who visits your Learning Space; they will not need to sign in to preview the course.
Visibility and accessibility of the Library
Until you create your first public Cohort, your Learning Space URL will bring people to a sign-in screen. After creating a public cohort, your Learning Space URL will bring people directly to your Library.
Registration through the Library
Once you've made at least one Path public, learners will be able to go to your Learning Space URL and register in public Paths directly from your Library by selecting the "Join" button. When they register, they will be prompted to create an account and pay any price you have set on the course.
You can also copy the URL from a specific Path's "About" page to share on your external website or on social media. Learners will be able to review information about the Path, choose from among multiple offerings if applicable, and then click the "Join" button to register.
You and your staff can also use the Share button to add or invite people to a course.
