If your card is not accepted at the point of purchase, or if your subscription renewal charge does not go through, there are a couple steps you can take to correct this.
Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser to see if your payment goes through successfully there. We support the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
Carefully reenter your card information at registration or update your existing card information under "Your Settings" -> "Billing."
If you are still unable to use your valid credit or debit card to complete the purchase, or if your subscription renewal continues to fail, please use the “Need help?” option on the menu to get help.
