For learners or any member of a Pathwright account

Depending on how you created your account, you may or may not have a Pathwright password. You can sign in by entering your email address associated with your account and receiving a one-time sign-in link, or sign in via Google, Apple, or another external sign-in method if your school has this set up.

If you'd like to reset your Pathwright password or set up a password for the first time, follow the steps below.

Here's how to reset your password

  1. Go directly to the school URL. If directed to the Library instead of to the sign-in page, you'll need to click "Sign in" in the upper right corner.

  2. Enter your email address and continue.

  3. Select the option to "sign-in with your email and password instead."

  4. Select "Forgot password?"

  5. A password reset email will be sent to you. Click the link and reset your password as soon as possible. If you don't use the link in the email within 3 hours, it will expire, and you'll need to request a new link.

Alternately, you can select "Sign in without a password" to receive a one-time sign-in link in your email inbox. You'll also receive a six-digit code that you can use to sign in on a different device, if preferred.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you go to the correct school URL. You can also go to Pathwright.com and click "Sign in."

Password reset links expire after 3 hours, so if more time than that has elapsed, you'll need to send yourself a new email.

If the email address you enter into the reset password form isn’t recognized, that usually means you used a different email address or have not created an account yet.

If you’re not sure if you’ve created an account, use the "Need Help?" link in the Menu to contact the administrator and they can help you recover your sign-in information.
