Keyboard shortcuts eliminate the need to right-click and select copy or paste actions, saving you time on everyday workflows.

For Windows users

  1. Use your cursor to highlight the text you want to copy and then press both Control and C on the keyboard at the same time (Ctrl+C). Your text is now copied to your virtual clipboard.

  2. Now click with cursor where you want to paste the copied text and press both Control and V on the keyboard at the same time (Ctrl+V). Your text is now pasted in the new location.

For Mac users

On mobile

  1. To copy on mobile, tap and hold your finger on a word until it is highlighted. Drag the selectors to include all the text you want to copy. A toolbar should then pop up with the copy option. Tap "Copy." Your text is now copied to your virtual clipboard.

  2. To paste, tap and hold with your finger in the field where you want to paste your text. A toolbar should pop up with the paste option. Tap "Paste." Your text is now pasted to the new location.
